How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your personal data from Ofinly in one of the following ways:

1. From the App

Open the app, go to Settings and select Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

2. By Email

Send a request to contact@ofinly.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, we remove the following data:

  • Your account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Your appointment history
  • Your preferences and settings
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law:

  • Billing and tax records: retained for 5 years as required by tax regulations
  • Legal obligations: data necessary to comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
